Ramco OnDemand ERP is hosted on a dedicated data center, located at our global head quarters in Chennai. The application is 3-tier architected to support multi-tenancy. The application is accessed from the primary site with disaster recovery sites located across the country. The hardware infrastructure comprises of the servers with the latest configurations. The datacenter is connected to the cloud through dedicated lines with two ISP's with continuous 5Mbps connectivity. The datacenter is highly secured with access control facility and continuous surveillance. The hardware and the networking infrastructure ensure undaunted access and connectivity.

Ramco OnDemand ERP enables an automated switch over to the hot standby server during unscheduled maintenance; this guarantees 99.5% uptime. The system comprises geographically spread disaster recovery servers, where data logs are shipped, after necessary encryptions, at small-time predefined intervals. It also facilitates taking periodic offline backups in magnetic tapes, which are stored at a secure central location. A dedicated line and a backup line are maintained to ensure connectivity to the server for end users, at any point of time, to overcome dependency on ISP.

To protect data, we have put in place a comprehensive Information Security Management System as mandated by ISO27001 standards. Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) is a comprehensive set of policies and procedures designed and implemented to realize very high levels of data and information security. This is continually received and accessed for effectiveness.
